Thank you for using CrewBench. This Privacy Policy tells you how we, CrewBench Ltd, use, collect, receive and store personal information collected from your use of CrewBench and any services it offers. By using CrewBench, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not ourselves host CrewBench — all hosting is done by third party service providers. Data you provide may be hosted on servers located anywhere in the world, and may be replicated across multiple servers in multiple countries. By using our Services, you consent to your data being transferred to these providers.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your Personal Information is collected and used. "Personal Information" means any information that may be used to personally identify an individual, including your username, authentication information, User Content, and any information you provide to enable purchases.
Consent and Modification
You are not legally obligated to provide us Personal Information, and you confirm that providing it is at your own free will. By using CrewBench, you consent to this Privacy Policy and to our collection, processing and sharing of Personal Information for the purposes set forth herein.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on CrewBench, and your continued use thereafter means you accept those changes. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your information at any time.
Information We Collect
Account. To use CrewBench, you must create an Account. You may need to provide additional Personal Information during registration and ongoing use. You can delete your account at any time via My Account → Delete Account.
Purchases. We may use third-party service providers to process transactions on our behalf. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by their terms and privacy policies.
Tracking Technologies. We may use tracking technologies to provide CrewBench and present customized information. Third-party advertisers and partners may also use tracking technologies that we do not control.
Mobile Device Data. We may collect limited information from your mobile device — including device type, device ID, and usage timestamps — to provide the Services. We may use tracking technologies to gather aggregate statistics but will not use Personal Information for such purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your Personal Information to identify you, provide and improve CrewBench, offer you and our partners' products and services we believe may interest you, and communicate with you.
We may transfer your Personal Information to our subsidiaries or affiliated companies for storage or processing. We may share it with third party service providers, subcontractors, agents and partners to assist with business operations and service delivery. We require these parties to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable law or governmental request; (ii) enforce our Terms; (iii) detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues; or (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of CrewBench Ltd, our users, or the public.
We may use or disclose Anonymous Information — which does not enable identification of an individual — to third parties, including advertisers and partners, to improve CrewBench and enhance your experience.
Children's Privacy
CrewBench is not structured to attract children under the age of 18. We do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. Business Transfers
In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a comparable event, we reserve the right to transfer or assign Personal Information in connection with the foregoing events.
Security
We follow generally accepted industry standards, including appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards, to protect the Personal Information submitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please read this Agreement carefully prior to using CrewBench. CrewBench Ltd ("CrewBench", "we", or "us") is the owner of the Site and all related products, websites and services (collectively the "Services"). By using the Services in any way, you ("user") accept these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, both of which form a binding legal agreement between you and us ("Agreement").
You must be 18 years of age or older and capable of lawfully entering into this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, do not use the Services.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor content users provide. You are solely responsible for all content and material you provide using the Services.
Having an Account with CrewBench; Payment
To enjoy the Services, you must have an account with us. When registering, you must choose a username and password. Registration is restricted to a single account per user; we reserve the right to remove duplicate accounts.
You undertake that all information you submit, including payment data, shall be correct, accurate, complete, and shall not violate the rights of third parties. When an order is made, credit card details will be verified and upon confirmation you will receive a notice that the order has been confirmed.
If your payment method is declined, you will be required to provide an alternative. Payment via PayPal is subject to PayPal's own terms of use and privacy policy.
General Disclaimer
We expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representations that the Services: are suitable for you; will meet your personal or business needs; will be permitted in your jurisdiction; or will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify the Services at any time and in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to disable, suspend or terminate any user's access to the Services for any reason, without notice and without liability to you.
Limitation of Liability
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CrewBench Ltd, its owners, officers, partners, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement and/or applicable law, or your violation of any rights of another user.
Intellectual Property
Our logo and trademarks, whether registered or not, may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. CrewBench Ltd owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Site and the Services, and in all content, trademarks, trade names, service marks and other intellectual property rights related thereto.
You hereby grant, and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant to us, an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid worldwide license to use in any way we deem fit your User Content. You agree to irrevocably waive any claims of moral rights with respect to your User Content.
Advertising & Third Party Links
We reserve the right to accept or reject any advertisement submitted for publication on the Site. The appearance of advertising on the Site in no way implies our endorsement of any advertiser, product or service. Your correspondence or dealings with advertisers and vendors found through the Services are solely between you and such parties; we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from such dealings.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement, and any dispute between you and CrewBench Ltd, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to principles of conflicts of law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Tel Aviv, Israel in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Services.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

You consent to receive all communications from CrewBench Ltd electronically, by email or by posting on the Services. For support inquiries, contact hello@crewbench.io. This Agreement may not be modified except by a revised Agreement posted by CrewBench Ltd on CrewBench.io.

Billing and Payment
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full 12-month period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Customers may upgrade their plan at any time; the upgrade takes effect immediately and the new rate is applied on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment is accepted via credit card or other methods made available by CrewBench. The Customer is responsible for maintaining valid payment details. In the event of a failed payment, CrewBench reserves the right to suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully collected.
All fees are exclusive of VAT or similar taxes, which shall be payable by the Customer where applicable.
Free Plan Limitations
The Free Plan is provided as-is and without any service level commitments. CrewBench reserves the right to modify the features included in the Free Plan, impose usage limits, or discontinue the Free Plan at any time upon reasonable notice to users.
Support Services
Pro, Scale and Shield plan subscribers are entitled to priority email support, available Sunday to Thursday 09:00–17:00 Israel local time, excluding national holidays. Free plan users may access community support resources. Support Services include platform updates but do not include delivery of features not yet released to the Customer's plan tier.
Onboarding
Scale and Shield plan subscribers are entitled to a one-time custom onboarding call with a CrewBench representative, available upon activation of the Scale plan, covering platform setup, configuration best practices, and an overview of advanced features.
Intellectual Property
The Solution, its know-how and all intellectual property rights remain the sole and exclusive property of CrewBench Ltd. No right, patent, trademark or license related to the Solution is conferred upon the Customer beyond the subscription license granted herein. The Customer agrees not to disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer the Solution.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CrewBench Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Services, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or anticipated savings. CrewBench Ltd's cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
Term and Termination
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Either party may terminate the Agreement: (a) immediately upon written notice if the other party materially breaches the Agreement and fails to cure within 7 business days of written notice; or (b) by the Customer at any time by cancelling the subscription through account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Data
Unless compelled by applicable law, CrewBench Ltd shall not convey Customer Data to third parties. CrewBench Ltd shall not access or interact with Customer Data except as permitted by the Customer to provide Support Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the legal courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
